It isn't often that I cook a roast dinner so it tends to be a bit stressful when I do. However, yesterday I did roast lamb with roast potatoes parsnips and carrots, homemade mint sauce, and gravy (for me and mum) and it was all ready on time and tasted fab.
With apologies to the vegetarians among you.
A different thing to thank God for, even the small stuff, one for every day of 2014
